Just a short email to thank everyone at RCS involved in the ASI supply and installation, but in particular John & Mark who where a huge help to Nev throughout their visit and making sure everything was operational before they left. They put in some long hours and were a great team to have on the job – A real credit to RCS.

We have worked with RCS for over a decade now and can honestly say that we wish all of our business relationships were as engaged and collaborative as this. Whether in larger scale project work or the day to day of support, the service we receive is never short of exemplary. The longevity of staff at RCS tells its own tale: many who are still there at the end of the phone were involved in onboarding us when we started out, which is reflective of the long-term thinking of the business.

Our relationship with your organisation began in 2003. Over the past four years the service we have received has been unfailingly prompt, helpful and effective. You proved us with both hardware and software support and in both of these areas any problem are dealt with effectively and with good humour by all staff in West Yorkshire.

May I thank you for your outstanding efforts in maintaining computing facilities during the recent failure of our Unix Server. It is to your immense credit that the Society continued almost as normal during the biggest failure of company facilities in its history. I am aware of the dedication and sheer had work needed to achieve the successful outcome. Please accept my personal thanks.

Just wanted to take the time to thank you for Glen Crowther’s assistance with our Disaster Recovery at Aberystwyth this week, he worked tirelessly to assist with getting the till controller back up and running and I was as always very impressed with his knowledge and technical abilities. We couldn’t of done it without him!
