Head office functions and high-level changes are often also connected to the workflow rules. An example of this is product price changes.

With the help of our Workflow module, price changes can be received in-store as a workflow item every day. Once selected, a report producing all of the day’s price changes can be produced. Further, the Wokflow item can be set to remain pending for the whole day, expiring before the next day begins.

Workflow items can be created and managed directly from the head office. This feature allows the item, and item urgency to be manually set at the store level. For example, you could create a transfer request as a workflow item of business-critical urgency, ensuring that this task is prioritised before other tasks can be carried out – particularly helpful in cases such as urgent product recalls.
