Be aware of a range of issues as they happen. A shop alarm going off? A tap has a leak? A system error has occurred?

Our system alerts module offers a number of configurable system alerts to monitor the system and alert the responsible managers – normally by email – when an action is required.

Many of the system monitoring alerts are automated, but these can also include electronic requests for action from a particular department (for example, “Our alarm has stopped working, please can someone come and fix it”).

  • A till has not had the end of day performed (sent to the store manager)
  • The number of cashing up recounts has been exceeded (sent to the area manager)
  • A store order has not been confirmed within a period of time (sent to the warehouse manager)
  • A store manager places a request to service the shop alarm (sent to the maintenance department)
  • A store has created a new employee within the Time & Attendance option (sent to the payroll department)
  • The overnight picking schedule has completed (sent to the IT manager)
