Our Streetwise Product Pricing & Promotions system can be scaled to meet the needs of your business, currently ranging one store to 450 stores!
If you have multiple stores where localised pricing is required, our system allows you to assign different sales prices for the same products. Each product can also be assigned multiple barcodes (SKU).
Maintain selling prices across a range of locations groups. Each store is allocated a price band which allows easy management of selling and cost prices across ranges of stores. Up to ten price bands per product are allowed.
Barcode variations for different pack sizes, costs, supplier, etc can also be assigned easily using our Product Pricing feature. Assign prices using the average cost, latest cost, or FIFO costing.
Each product can be assigned numerous attributes to group products into categories. For example, products can be listed as ‘core lines’ or ‘website lines’, etc allowing reports and enquiries to feature only the relevant products. Product attributes are also useful for stock control and purchasing.
Search for products using unlimited barcodes, SKU code, catalogue number, supplier, product description, margin, attributes, etc
Price Changes and Promotions
The comprehensive price change management tool allows users to change the prices of products by margin adjustment, supplier adjustment, and percentage increase or decrease.
Multiple promotion types from standard, multi-buy, BOGOF & meal deal can be set up at head office. Easily set up promotions using promotion templates and the promotion wizard, allowing you to see different promotions at different stores.
Promotions can also be set up by hierarchy (department, group, sub-group) as well as promotions by product attribute. In addition, quantity break price promotions allow you to set one price for a single product, and another price for multiple products purchased together.
Load supplier prices electronically, using the RCS product grid. The product grid allows for a spreadsheet type of data management, validating the data as it is being entered. Drop a list of products to Excel, change them and load them back into the system!
Allows for the Recommended Retail Price to be maintained.
Price changes are entered by date effective, allowing prices to be entered before they take place. Reports allow for the pending prices to be checked before they are incorporated.
