System Alerts

Automate communication between systems and teams, saving time and making sure nothing is missed

Be aware of a range of issues as they happen.  A shop alarm going off?  A tap has a leak?  A system error has occurred?

Our system alerts module offers a number of configurable system alerts to monitor the system and alert the responsible managers – normally by email – when an action is required.

Many of the system monitoring alerts are automated, but these can also include electronic requests for action from a particular department (for example, “Our alarm has stopped working, please can someone come and fix it”).
