Because the slaughter, cutting and special processes for retail or wholesale resale take place within a central Processing Plant, the Butchery System records a number of valuable information for each carcass:

  • lot number
  • slaughter ID number
  • cutting plant number
  • tag number
  • production plant

Finally, the system sends a detailed purchase order to the supplier.
