
Time & Attendance
The RCS Time & Attendance module easily keeps track of employee working hours and enables easy submission into the payroll system. This feature is available in touchscreen terminals or office workstations.
In addition to simplifying employee management, the Time & Attendance application also allows tradespeople to log in/out of jobs. For example, where a burglar alarm may be serviced, the engineer would sign in and record the work carried out. If any further attention is required, an email alert is sent to the head office with the record of the visit.
The service function can also be used to ensure that each location has had the correct level of service from its tradespeople.
