Add new products into your system from one location and update every till in your store. The Back Office product maintenance module enables you to not only add new products but also keep old products updated. You can ensure a products price is consistent across every till and even add variations. You can also set a unique product price across multiple locations.
This is a complete stock control module that will keep you informed about your stock levels in real time. Firstly, you’ll create a purchase order based on any sales made and then send it through to the supplier.
When the goods arrive you’ll then book the stock in the system, using either paper based or hand held terminals. Once a sale is made stock quality is updated and goods can be recorded. Also you’ll find that the stock control module can record damaged, stolen and faulty goods.
As the system keeps up to date it makes stock taking painless. Finally you can take advantage of intelligent stock alerts and reordering based upon stock levels you have set.
Suppplier Links and Purchase Ordering
From purchase order to goods receipt, we use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to link our system into your supplier’s system.
When your buyer has decided what they want to order, and given approval, the order is transmitted to the supplier. Your buyer will then get feedback if the order was approved or not. Goods receipt note (GRN) information is then transmitted from the supplier upon despatch of stock, this information is used to book the stock into the warehouse vastly reducing the amount of time required to accurately receive stock from your supplier.
