The Solution - RCS and Blackhall Farm Shop

Retail Computer Solutions (RCS) have installed its latest Touch screen EPoS Terminals running in a Windows Environment. The RCS epos software solution includes Integrated Chip & Pin with linked check out scales for speed of transaction and efficiency at point of sale.

The epos solution also encompasses the latest barcode printing weigh scales in the Butchery and Delicatessen departments. The RCS solution provides central stock control for products, promotions and price changes. These are sent to each EPoS terminal and scales at the touch of a button. Stock taking times have been vastly reduced with the use of portable radio frequency hand held terminals for real time stock updates.

Another addition has been the successful implementation of RCS's Customer Loyalty and CRM solution allowing Blacker Hall to analyse customer buying patterns and to target specific marketing campaigns to its customer base.
