RCS - Epos Software Solution for Deli’s

The Epos Software Solution provided by Retail Computer Solutions (RCS) includes the latest Touch screen EPoS Terminals installed at each of Melrose and Morgan’s retail locations. The RCS epos system incorporates Integrated Chip & Pin facilities with linked check out scales and deli scales from Bizerba for speed of transaction and efficiency at point of sale.

The RCS epos system allows Melrose and Morgan to have central stock control of its two retail store locations from its Head office. A VPN connects the two stores to the head office software allowing stock management of both stores from one central database.  

The Bizerba scales are located in the deli areas of the stores producing price embedded barcode labels for weighed items.

In turn these labels are applied to the goods allowing the epos system to efficiently scan these barcodes at point of sale once the customer has finished browsing.

The RCS epos solution allows for central control of multiple stores, product promotions, prices changes, customer accounts and product labelling.

Future additional options available to Melrose and Morgan Deli include customer loyalty, portable hand held terminals and integrated e-commerce for a truly multi channel epos software solution.
